Children First Academy Trust was established in April 2019 and currently comprises seven local primary schools, all working collaboratively to raise aspirations and improve outcomes for children across Enfield.
All seven schools are graded Good or Outstanding by Ofsted, placing the Trust in a strong position to deliver high-quality education for all pupils.

The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious leader seeking their next challenge. The post involves executive leadership across Brettenham and Fleece field Primary Schools
, both located in Enfield and serving communities with high levels of deprivation, where the majority of pupils speak English as an additional language.
The two schools are situated within close proximity (approximately 30 metres apart), making this executive role both practical and impactful.
We are seeking a leader who can build on the excellent work of our current Executive Headteacher by:
• Developing and delivering a clear, shared vision across both schools
• Strengthening collaboration and shared practice
• Maximising efficiencies through shared resources
• Ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, and pupil outcomes
