• Lead, inspire, and supervise a skilled team of Learning Support Assistants
• Build personalised support programmes and robust EHCP implementation

• Drive high standards of differentiation and adaptive teaching across all subjects

• Deep understanding of SEND legislation, EHCPs, and current inclusion best practice

• Previous experience in a similar leadership/SENCO role advantageous, but not essential for exceptional candidates
