Reeson Education is recruiting a committed Learning Support Assistant to work across inclusive and supportive primary schools in the borough of Enfield, including Edmonton, Palmers Green, Southgate and Enfield Town.

This Learning Support Assistant role is ideal for someone with experience supporting pupils with additional needs who is looking for either long-term stability or flexible supply work.

The Role - Learning Support Assistant in Enfield

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 support for pupils with SEND
Deliver small group interventions in literacy and numeracy
Support children with Autism, ADHD or SEMH needs
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
Help maintain a structured and positive learning environment

Schools are looking for a calm and adaptable Learning Support Assistant who can build strong relationships and provide consistent support across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
