Behaviour Mentor – Newham – £90 to £115 Daily Rate – Full Time – Immediate Start – Primary / Secondary School

A full-time opportunity is available for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor seeking a new long-term role.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work within a supportive school in Newham, providing targeted behavioural and pastoral support to pupils who require additional guidance.
The daily rate for this role ranges from £90 to £115 per day, depending on experience.

Do you have experience supporting children or young people with behavioural needs?
Are you confident managing challenging behaviour in a calm and professional manner?
Are you based in East London and able to commit to full-time, long-term work?

The Position – Behaviour Mentor

We are looking for a resilient and proactive Behaviour Mentor to support pupils who may display challenging behaviour or require additional emotional support. You will work closely with the class teachers, SENCO, and pastoral team to implement behaviour strategies, deliver interventions, and provide 1:1 or small group support. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to build positive, trusting relationships with pupils.

Experience supporting students with SEMH needs is desirable.
