The Role
As a Youth Worker / Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide targeted support to pupils with additional learning needs
Build positive, trusting relationships to promote engagement and confidence
Support emotional regulation, focus, and positive behaviour strategies
Work closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and wider staff team
Help maintain an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
This role is ideal for a compassionate and proactive Individual who is confident supporting pupils academically, socially, and emotionally. Experience working with children with SEN, SEMH, ADHD, or behavioural needs would be highly beneficial.
