Principal Education is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Graduates and candidates with school-based SEND experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 and small group support
- Assist students with learning, behaviour and emotional needs
- Support teachers in the classroom
- Promote positive learning environments
- Experience working with SEND pupils (preferred)
- Graduates welcome
- Patient, caring and adaptable
- Strong communication skills
