Quantum Scholars is looking to recruit qualified teachers and experienced tutors to provide alternative provision support across Hayes and nearby areas. As a provider accepted onto Hillingdon Council's alternative provision framework, we support pupils who are currently out of mainstream education. Tuition may be delivered on a one‑on‑one or small‑group basis, either within school settings or in approved off‑site locations. This opportunity is well suited to educators seeking flexible, part‑time work outside of the traditional classroom environment.

Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available.

• Deliver alternative provision tuition across Hayes
• Support pupils through one‑to‑one and small group sessions
• Teach on school sites or in community/non‑educational settings
• Work with pupils who may have SEMH needs, anxiety, or a history of school refusal
• Adapt teaching style to be calm, adaptable and relationship‑focused

• Qualified Teacher Status preferred, or strong tutoring background
• Experience supporting pupils from alternative provision or SEMH backgrounds is beneficial
• Enhanced DBS (Update Service desirable)
• Ability to travel locally within Hayes
• Flexible hours based on pupil placements and availability
