• Dedicated ECT mentor with 10+ years’ experience
• Weekly Wednesday CPD plus access to Barnet BPSI and online hub training
• Ongoing SLT support with planning and behaviour
• Reduced marking: verbal feedback and in‑class assessment prioritised
• Detailed marking focused on English writing only

• Dedicated TA in every KS1 class; shared TAs across KS2
• Collaborative planning in a two‑form entry setting
• High‑quality schemes, digital tools, and online planning resources

• Accredited Thinking and Trauma‑Informed School
• Strong focus on emotional coaching and independent learning
• Stable, supportive leadership with a Headteacher committed to ECT development

• Deliver high‑quality teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2, supported by shared planning and mentoring
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
• Use assessment and feedback to promote pupil progress and wellbeing
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, TAs, and school leaders
• Engage fully with the school’s ECT programme, CPD, and coaching support

• Hold (or be on track to achieve) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by September 2026
• Be an Early Career Teacher motivated to develop across the primary age range
• Demonstrate a commitment to inclusive, trauma‑informed practice
• Be reflective, open to feedback, and eager to grow as a practitioner
• Share the school’s values of high expectations, care, and collaboration

Salary will be determined in line with the Outer London Main Pay Scale and aligned to the Early Career Teacher (ECT) pay range (M1–M2). The role is suitable for ECTs, with salary awarded at M1.
