Team Teach Trained Mentor – Southwark – £95 to £120 Daily Rate – Full Time – ASAP Start – Primary School – 8:30am–3:30pm

The Position – Team Teach Trained Mentor
As a Team Teach Trained Mentor, you will be working full-time within a primary school setting, providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils who present with behavioural and emotional needs. You will support children across KS1 or KS2 who may require additional help with emotional regulation, social skills, and engagement in learning. Your responsibilities will include implementing behaviour support plans, using Team Teach strategies to safely de-escalate incidents, supporting pupils during transitions, and working closely with the class teacher and SENCO.
You will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour, independence, and confidence while ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
