Overview
Chiswick Full-time Start ASAP. A small, welcoming primary school in Chiswick is looking for an experienced SEN Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. This role involves teaching a small group of four children from different year groups who are working at a similar academic level.
Responsibilities- Teach a small group of four pupils from different year groups who are working at a similar academic level.
- Plan and deliver lessons tailored to individual learning and developmental needs.
- A teacher with experience working with children with Special Educational Needs.
- Patient, calm and adaptable.
- Confident in planning personalised learning and supporting a range of needs (academic, social and emotional).
- Able to work closely with support staff, parents and the SENCO to track progress and next steps.
- Positive, resilient and committed to helping every child succeed.
- A close-knit, supportive school community.
- Small class size, allowing focus on meaningful, individual progress.
- Freedom to shape learning in a way that works best for the children.
- Support from a dedicated SEN team and senior leadership.
