SEN Teacher

Overview

Chiswick Full-time Start ASAP. A small, welcoming primary school in Chiswick is looking for an experienced SEN Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. This role involves teaching a small group of four children from different year groups who are working at a similar academic level.

• Teach a small group of four pupils from different year groups who are working at a similar academic level.
• Plan and deliver lessons tailored to individual learning and developmental needs.

• A teacher with experience working with children with Special Educational Needs.
• Patient, calm and adaptable.
• Confident in planning personalised learning and supporting a range of needs (academic, social and emotional).
• Able to work closely with support staff, parents and the SENCO to track progress and next steps.
• Positive, resilient and committed to helping every child succeed.
