Create Education is Excited to Be Working With a supportive and dynamic school near Kennington that specialises in Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) education. We are seeking a passionate, reflective, and dedicated SEMH Teacher to join this nurturing and inclusive school community.

The Role
As an SEMH Teacher, you will:
Deliver high-quality teaching and support tailored to SEMH learners
Plan engaging, differentiated lessons that meet pupils’ academic and emotional needs
Assess and monitor pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes
Create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
Contribute to team planning and whole-school SEMH development
Support pupils’ emotional wellbeing and social development
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
Has experience or a strong interest in SEMH education
Demonstrates effective behaviour management and supportive classroom practice
Is reflective, motivated, and eager to develop professionally
Can inspire and challenge pupils to achieve their potential
Values teamwork and contributes positively to school life
