A specialist provision in South London is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEMH and additional needs as part of a reintegration-focused setting.

This role is ideal for someone calm, consistent, and confident supporting pupils who may be anxious, dysregulated, or disengaged from mainstream education. The focus is on structure, emotional regulation, and engagement, working closely with teaching and pastoral staff to help pupils feel safe and ready to learn.

The role:

* 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEMH needs

* Supporting emotional regulation, routines, and positive behaviour

* Working within a structured, adult-led environment

* Supporting pupils across the school day, including transitions

The ideal candidate:

* Experience as a Teaching Assistant / SEN TA / SEMH TA

* Calm, reliable, and emotionally resilient

* Confident supporting behaviour and wellbeing needs

* Able to drive (highly desirable / essential for some roles)

* Committed to a long-term placement
