The role – Learning Support Assistant

This vibrant secondary school in Hillingdon is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team. You will provide 1:1 and small group support to students who require additional help managing behaviour and accessing the curriculum. Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff, you will help implement behaviour support plans and promote positive engagement in lessons. The ideal candidate will be resilient, adaptable, and committed to supporting students both academically and emotionally.

Experience working with young people in a school or youth setting is highly desirable.
