Long Term Futures are supporting a secondary school in Camden to appoint a motivated and experienced Deputy Head of Key Stage 3.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an ambitious teacher ready to step into a strategic pastoral and academic role, supporting the Head of KS3 in driving standards, behaviour and student progress across the key stage.

• Support the strategic leadership of KS3
• Drive academic progress and behaviour standards
• Monitor attendance, attainment and student wellbeing
• Lead on pastoral systems and year group support
• Work closely with SLT, Heads of Year and subject leaders

• QTS and strong secondary teaching experience
• Experience in middle leadership or pastoral leadership
• Strong understanding of KS3 curriculum and assessment
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Commitment to high standards and student outcomes
