• Lead and develop SEND provision across the school, ensuring statutory compliance and best practice.
• Support teaching staff in planning, adapting, and delivering targeted interventions for pupils with SEN.
• Monitor and assess the progress of pupils with additional needs, including those with EHCPs.
• Collaborate with parents, external agencies, and the senior leadership team to support pupils’ holistic development.
• Contribute to whole-school initiatives, ensuring inclusion is central to teaching and learning.

• Ongoing professional development and clear career progression.
• Supportive leadership and mentorship for experienced SEN practitioners.

• Qualified Teacher (UK QTS) with NASENDCo accreditation (essential).
• Experience leading SEN provision in a primary setting.
• Knowledge of SEN strategies, differentiation, and statutory frameworks.
• Collaborative approach, strong communication skills, and commitment to inclusive education.

Location: Tower Hamlets
Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (Inner London)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: September 2026
