• Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 within the classroom
• Work closely with teaching staff to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
• Provide targeted support for students with additional learning needs
• Help promote positive behaviour and a focused learning environment
• Contribute to intervention programmes and small group work
• Build strong, professional relationships with students, staff, and families

• Has experience working with secondary‑aged students (in a school or similar setting)
• Is patient, adaptable, and committed to inclusion
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to supporting learning
• Is passionate about helping young people achieve their full potential
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant) are desirable but not essential for the right candidate
