Salary: £175-195 per day, dependent on experience

Whether you are an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to broaden your experience, this role offers the chance to work day‑to‑day, short‑term, or in longer‑term placements depending on your availability and preferences.
About the RoleAs a General Cover Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre‑planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. You will maintain a positive and structured classroom environment, support pupil engagement, and uphold each school's policies and expectations. Working across a variety of settings, you will demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, and strong classroom management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver pre‑set lessons across a variety of subjects and key stages as required.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies and procedures.
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Provide feedback to schools on pupil progress and lesson outcomes.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and leadership teams.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and school‑specific policies at all times.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Previous classroom teaching experience across primary or secondary settings.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Adaptable, flexible, and confident working in new environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing.
- ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply.
