At Teaching Tomorrow, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to work at a friendly and supportive primary school in Bedford
.

This is a part-time role
, working Wednesday to Friday
, supporting children in the Early Years Foundation Stage
. The post is temporary and will run until the end of the academic year
, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing engaging and age‑appropriate activities to support children's learning and development.
  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
  • Building strong relationships with children, parents, and school staff.
  • Following school policies and safeguarding procedures to ensure children's safety and well‑being.
  • Observing and recording children's progress and sharing insights with the school team.
Requirements:
  • Teaching Assistant experience
  • Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Comfortable across the national UK curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students
