🌟 The Role
Support teaching and learning within a Year 2 classroom
Provide 1:1 and small group support where required
Assist with phonics, early literacy and numeracy interventions
Help prepare engaging classroom resources and activities
Support positive behaviour and classroom routines
Work closely with the class teacher and wider KS1 team
Full-time, long-term position with potential to become permanent🏫 The School

✅ Requirements
Previous experience working in a primary school (KS1 desirable)
Good understanding of phonics and early learning
Patient, proactive and reliable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to build positive relationships with young learners
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
