Are you a patient and resilient Behaviour Mentor with a passion for supporting children with additional needs? We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Primary SEN Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive and inclusive primary school in Lambeth.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by supporting pupils who require additional behavioural and emotional support to access learning successfully.

🌟 The Role
Provide targeted 1:1 and small group behaviour support
Work closely with pupils with SEN including ASD, ADHD and SEMH
Implement behaviour plans and de-escalation strategies
Support pupils’ emotional regulation and social skills
Liaise effectively with class teachers, SENCO and pastoral staff
Help create a calm, safe and engaging learning environment

✅ Requirements
Previous experience supporting children with SEN and behavioural needs
Calm, consistent and proactive approach
Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
Ability to remain resilient in challenging situations
Team player with good communication skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Relevant TA, mentoring or behaviour support experience desirable🎁 What the Agency Offers
