* Provide feedback and report on the progress of individual students to teachers and senior staff.

* Support with behavior management and promote positive behavior across the school.

* Assist with administrative tasks related to student records and assessment.

* Collaborate with SENCO, teaching staff, and parents to support students' development.

* Contribute to the ongoing development of the school, sharing best practices and strategies.

Ideal Candidate:

* HLTA qualification or equivalent experience (Level 4 or above) is essential.

* Strong understanding of child development, the national curriculum, and effective teaching strategies.

* Experience in leading small group teaching and delivering interventions.

* Ability to adapt to individual student needs and differentiate learning activities effectively.

* Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.

* Positive, proactive attitude, with a commitment to supporting children's academic and personal growth.

What We Offer:

* A supportive and inclusive working environment with a strong team ethos.

* Opportunities for professional development and career progression.

* A competitive salary and benefits package.

* The chance to make a significant impact on children's education and well-being.

* A diverse, friendly, and welcoming school community.
