Your Role as a Learning Support Assistant:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to help them access the curriculum.
Work alongside teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored support strategies.
Encourage pupil confidence, engagement and independence.
Assist with classroom preparation and general learning support duties.

This Learning Support Assistant position is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning.
