The Role
We are looking for a "strategic doer", someone who can navigate complex EMEA firmographics one hour and optimize a set of Linked In campaigns the next. You will own and scale our primary demand generation channel (Linked In) while aggressively piloting new frontiers in Video, Audio, and Programmatic.
You will lead the strategy and execution of demand generation channels in‑market, reporting to the Head of Paid Media and collaborating with a Paid Media Specialist to bring campaigns to life. This role presents an opportunity to make a big impact on ambitious pipeline targets through best‑in‑class execution, intelligent experimentation, tight operational alignment, and tapping into local expertise through our Field Marketing team.
You will join the team hot on the heels of our rebrand to Perk, which brings with it a powerful and exciting platform for engaging prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
Full‑Funnel EMEA Strategy: Lead the strategy and execution for paid digital marketing across the EMEA region,
Linked In Mastery: Own the end‑to‑end strategy for our primary channel. You’ll be responsible for scaling Linked In Ads while maintaining high lead quality and efficient pipeline impact
Test‑and‑Learn: You will pilot and scale emerging channels including Reddit, Programmatic Display, and Audio to find the next big growth lever - while also driving experimentation on existing channels
Localization & Regional Partnerships: Adapt global media strategies for regional nuances. You will build direct relationships with EMEA publishers, DSPs, and data providers to ensure the Perk brand stands out in a crowded market
Sales & Field Alignment: Partner closely with the EMEA Field Marketing Director to ensure digital coverage aligns with local field events and sales pipeline goals
Performance Measurement: Analyze the impact of your campaigns using the metrics that matter, incrementality frameworks, attribution modeling, and lead to opportunity conversion data.
>Extensive experience in Paid Digital: With at least 2+ years specifically in B2B SaaS. Strong grasp of digital media buying, planning, and optimization
Platform Proficiency: Hands on experience managing global, high spend Linked In Ads accounts
Familiarity with the modern B2B stack: Salesforce, Marketo, 6
Sense, Looker among othersClear competence in B2B measurement: attribution, lead quality, and incrementality frameworks in B2B buying cycles
An Analytical Mindset: You don't just report on clicks; you understand lead quality, how to measure the "halo effect" of upper funnel spend, when to call time on an experiment, and how to translate data into clear actions and learnings.
