Overview
Year 3 Teaching Assistant - Lewisham - £90 to £110 Daily Rate - Full Time - ASAP Start - Primary School
Year 3 Teaching Assistant required for a primary school. Must have experience supporting pupils 1:1, ideally with SEN, SEMH or behavioural needs.
Responsibilities- Work 1:1 with a pupil who requires additional academic and emotional support.
- Support the pupil throughout the school day, helping them access the curriculum, manage emotions, and remain engaged in learning.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to follow individual support plans and implement tailored strategies.
- Provide consistent encouragement and support learning progress and positive behaviour with a calm, nurturing, and structured approach.
