• Deliver engaging, high‑quality teaching in Psychology up to Level 7 across both in‑person and online settings.
• Design, prepare and teach modules aligned with BPS accreditation and the CORE GBC curriculum
  .
• Guide and support students throughout their academic journey, fostering confidence and critical thinking.
• Contribute to assessment, marking and academic development activities.
• Use innovative, inclusive teaching approaches to create a stimulating learning environment.

• A postgraduate qualification in Psychology (Master’s essential; PhD desirable).
• Eligibility for Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC) with the BPS.
• Experience teaching across multiple areas of Psychology in Higher Education.
• A commitment to delivering an excellent student experience and supporting diverse learners.
• HEA Fellowship (or willingness to work toward it), which would be a strong advantage.
