We are seeking a Property Maintenance Lecturer with hands-on industry experience and a passion for developing the next generation of skilled trades professionals.

The Role
This is a permanent position within a well-established Construction provision. You will be delivering engaging and practical sessions in Property Maintenance to learners across a range of levels, supporting them to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for successful careers in the sector.

Key Responsibilities  
Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in Property Maintenance
Prepare lesson plans and schemes of work in line with awarding body requirements
Assess, track and support learner progress to ensure positive outcomes
Provide pastoral and academic support to students
Contribute to curriculum development and continuous quality improvement
Maintain strong links with industry to ensure curriculum relevance  

The Ideal Candidate  
Level 5 Teaching Qualification (or equivalent)
Relevant trade qualification in Property Maintenance or associated discipline
Experience delivering Property Maintenance in a further education setting
Strong industry background within the construction or maintenance sector
