English Tutor - North

Morgan Hunt have partnered with an established Charity who are recruiting for an English Tutor in North London. This is a full time permanent role teaching Functional Skills English and GCSE English to post 16 learners. The role is office based 5 days per week. The salary for this role is paying between £32,000-£38,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

• designing, planning and delivering interactive lessons to learners studying GCSE English and Functional Skills English
• contributing to the course review process, curriculum development and quality assurance in line with the organisations policies and procedures
• ensuring learners documentation is correct completed to ensure eligibility for funding
• attending regular meetings with the quality team
• ensuring all data is compliant and accurate as per company standards

• a Level 5 teaching qualification
• a degree in English (or equivalent)
• previous experience in teaching GCSE and Functional Skills English to post 16 learners
• Minimum of grade C in Maths and English (or equivalent)
