Responsibilities- Join and contribute to the senior leadership team in an SEMH provision.
- Lead and support school improvements within the SEMH context, with experience preferred in working with pupils with ASD and additional needs.
- Help shape and deliver strategic direction and outcomes across the school as a permanent member of staff, with a start ASAP or by April as the school plans.
This is an SEMH school in Haringey catering to 50 pupils aged 3–16. The school is located close to multiple underground and overground stations. The setting focuses on fostering a supportive environment for pupils with SEMH needs, including those with ASD and ADHD. The team is experienced and dedicated, with plans to expand as the school grows.
Qualifications and Expectations- Experience at a Senior Leadership Team (SLT) level.
- Experience working with students with SEMH or SEN.
- Experience with pupils who have ASD and additional needs is preferred.
