This is an excellent opportunity for a driven middle leader or an experienced teacher ready to step into departmental leadership and shape teaching, learning, and outcomes across the team.

• Lead and manage the department, driving high standards in teaching and achievement in your subject area
• Support, coach, and develop teachers across the team
• Oversee curriculum planning, assessment, and quality assurance
• Implement effective strategies to raise attainment and progress
• Work closely with SLT to contribute to whole school improvement
