Think FE are working in partnership with a large, well-established further education college in East London with modern automotive facilities and strong links to local employers.

Due to ongoing growth within the Engineering and Automotive provision, the college is looking to appoint a skilled Motor Vehicle Lecturer to join their team.

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced lecturer who wants to support learners entering the motor vehicle industry.

You will deliver high-quality teaching across Motor Vehicle qualifications, supporting learners to develop practical workshop skills alongside technical knowledge.

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Motor Vehicle programmes
• Support learners to achieve, progress and meet industry standards
• Provide practical and theory-based instruction
• Monitor progress and give clear, constructive feedback
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement
• Work closely with colleagues within the engineering department

• Level 5 teaching qualification (or working towards)
• Level 3 teaching qualification as a minimum
• Recognised Motor Vehicle trade qualification
• Recent industry experience within the automotive sector
• Strong practical and theoretical knowledge
• Organised, reliable and confident communicator
