Main duties of the job

Digital Operations Project Manager

The Digital Operations Project Manager will collaborate closely with colleagues across the Division to design, plan, and deliver digital projects aimed at improving patient care in an efficient and cost‑effective manner. These initiatives may be part of a strategic digital transformation, legislative updates, or specific digital improvement projects.

As part of the Digital Operations team, the successful candidate will champion digital innovation by engaging and motivating colleagues to generate and implement ideas, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement through digital technology.

The post holder will support colleagues using standardised digital project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. They will ensure a robust, consistent approach to project management, facilitating effective planning, timely delivery, and achievement of intended outcomes. Additionally, they will be responsible for ensuring project benefits are realised and embedding digital solutions into everyday operational practice.
