A full-time opportunity has become available for a caring and enthusiastic Reception Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Tower Hamlets. This long-term role is available for an immediate start and offers a competitive daily rate of £90 to £115, depending on experience.

The Role - Reception Teaching Assistant

As a Reception Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Your responsibilities will include assisting with small group and 1:1 activities, supporting phonics and early reading, helping children develop social and emotional skills, and creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

You will also help observe and record children's progress, provide support to those with additional needs, and encourage positive behaviour and independence. The ideal candidate will be patient, proactive, and passionate about early years education, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.
