School Administrator – Full-time, long‑term maternity cover from April until July 2026

• Manage front‑office tasks including calls, emails, and visitor enquiries
• Support daily school administration such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
• Assist with attendance, safeguarding, pastoral, and general administrative duties
• Provide reception cover across the school day
• Use school systems to update information accurately and confidentially
• Support staff with communication and organisational tasks
• Maintain a professional, welcoming front‑of‑house environment
• Uphold safeguarding expectations and maintain strict confidentiality

• Must have previous experience in school administration or reception
• Strong organisational, IT, and communication skills
• Able to manage a busy office environment calmly and professionally
• Confident engaging with pupils, parents, and staff
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently when required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Committed to safeguarding and maintaining confidentiality
• Positive, supportive, and consistent approach to daily tasks
