CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant – East London

We are seeking enthusiastic CACHE Level 3 TAs to support pupils in early years and primary settings across East London.

✔️ Ideal Candidate:

CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent)
Experience supporting children in schools
Passion for helping pupils of all abilities
Proactive and able to take initiative
Resilient and consistent
Good communication and teamwork
✔️ Classroom Support & Behaviour Management:

Confident supporting whole‑class and small‑group learning
Following behaviour policies effectively
Skilled in supporting routines and transitions
Calm, positive behaviour reinforcement
Able to deliver 1:1 interventions when required
Requirements:

Updated CV
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
