ONELAB College is a specialist Further Education provider for young people aged 16-25 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

We are seeking a Qualified Teacher to deliver structured, high quality teaching within a SEND specialist Further Education environment.

This is not a workshop facilitation role. It is a teaching position with clear academic, statutory and pastoral responsibilities.

You will:

• Plan and deliver purposeful, well structured lessons
• Use adaptive curriculum approaches aligned to learner needs
• Track attainment and evidence measurable progress
• Lead EHCP implementation and contribute to Annual Reviews
• Prepare learners for recognised qualifications
• Maintain safeguarding vigilance and professional standards
• Contribute to a disciplined and consistent learning environment

Learning at ONELAB is cumulative. Skills and knowledge are revisited, reinforced and applied beyond the learning environment.

• Clear and confident studio (classroom) communication

You must be able to break down complex concepts, check understanding regularly and adjust your approach to meet diverse SEND needs.
