Secondary Maths Teacher Required for School in Barnet, Mill Hill

About the role

This is a part-time (O.6 FTE) role in which you will be expected to deliver well-planned lessons across KS3. The school’s vision is to develop well-rounded citizens through a balanced curriculum and requires a dynamic teacher who can think on their feet and tailor their lessons to the needs of the pupils. The department has developed fantastic shared resources and schemes of work and the school also places great emphasis on staff wellbeing and a healthy work-life balance.

This is a 1 term contract starting in April 2026 until July 2026

You will be working alongside an extremely supportive and collaborative department with a team of excellent practitioners. Teachers will also have access to the school’s internal CPD programme. The school with a comprehensive individual CPD programme

The ideal candidate

  • Extensive experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 3 and GCSE
  • Strong teaching background
  • Available for interview and observation
  • Committed and proactive in regards to engaging students
