Head of Business Studies - Lead, Inspire & Shape of Business Education

A vibrant and ambitious secondary school is seeking an inspiring and driven Head of Business Studies to lead and develop a growing department. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher or current middle leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality Business education and keen to make a lasting impact within a diverse and dynamic school community.

The successful candidate will lead Business Studies across KS4 and KS5, driving strong outcomes while developing a curriculum that is engaging, relevant and aspirational. The school is looking for someone with the energy, vision and resilience to inspire students from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.

• Leading and developing the Business Studies department
• Teaching Business Studies across KS4 and KS5

  The Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Be a qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent)
  • Have experience teaching Business Studies at KS4 and KS5
  • Have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire both students and colleagues
  • Possess strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Be committed to inclusive education and raising aspirations
