About the Candidate

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistant to join our team at Parkfield to promote our values of collaboration, ambition and respect when supporting our pupils. The role is part-time and term‑time only, working 08:30 am‑03:30 pm daily, with weekly professional development until 04:15 pm on a Tuesday. We welcome applications for candidates looking to support pupils across either Key Stage 1 or 2.

  • Work with class teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils
  • Be flexible about working with groups of children of all abilities or individuals who have additional needs.
  • Have the experience and skills to support groups of children or individuals to be confident and successful learners.
