Physics Teacher – Temporary to Permanent

A high-performing and inclusive secondary school in Hackney is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Physics Teacher to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis through Milk Education. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Physics Teacher who is committed to delivering engaging science lessons and inspiring students to develop a strong understanding of the subject.

The successful Physics Teacher will join a supportive science department dedicated to achieving high standards of teaching and learning. The school is looking for a motivated Physics Teacher who can create stimulating lessons, encourage curiosity, and help students reach their academic potential across Key Stages 3 and 4.

As a Physics Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons, assessing student progress, and contributing positively to the wider school community. This role would suit an ambitious and reflective Physics Teacher who is eager to make a meaningful impact within a thriving educational setting.

The ideal Physics Teacher will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have experience teaching Physics within a secondary school setting
  • Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Be committed to raising attainment and student achievement
  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
  • Work effectively as part of a collaborative department
