Youth Worker (Behaviour Mentor) – Secondary School – Camden – Pay £115–£120 per day (depending on experience) – ASAP start.
RoleProvide behavioural and pastoral support to students. Deliver 1:1 support in and outside of the classroom, work closely with students who display challenging behaviour, and help build rapport.
Qualifications- At least 1 year of experience working with young people, ideally in a school setting.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- Team Teach or physical intervention training desirable.
The school is a mainstream secondary school in Camden and offers a long‑term contract to the right candidate with potential career development opportunities.
