The Church of England is inviting applications for a year-long Organ Scholar position at Southwark Cathedral, aimed at talented musicians starting their careers. Scholars will gain comprehensive experience across various aspects of the Cathedral's music department, including playing recitals, accompanying the Cathedral Choir, and training choristers.
The role also involves administrative support within the music department, attending meetings, and ensuring the choir library is organized. Alongside mentorship from experienced personnel, scholars will participate in conducting and song services.
