SANZA Teaching Agency is currently working in partnership with a wide range of primary schools across Lewisham, Greenwich, Bexley, Southwark and Bromley who are seeking passionate and committed Primary Class Teachers for September starts.

We are supporting schools that offer welcoming environments, strong leadership and a clear focus on pupil progress, wellbeing and high-quality teaching. Opportunities are available across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, suitable for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced practitioners.

The Role:

Full class teaching responsibility across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Creating a positive, inclusive and well-structured learning environment
Maintaining high expectations for behaviour, progress and attainment
Assessing, tracking and reporting on pupil progress
Differentiating learning to support SEND, EAL and higher-attaining pupils
Delivering targeted interventions to support learning and close gaps
Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider school staff
Communicating effectively with parents and carers
Contributing to the wider school community and enrichment activities
Upholding safeguarding, behaviour and school policies at all times

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience in a primary school setting (ECTs welcome to apply)
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks
Confident behaviour and classroom management skills
A creative, reflective and enthusiastic approach to teaching
Commitment to inclusive practice and pupil progress
