Salary: £540 per week, plus additional benefits

Are you a passionate Psychology graduate with a keen interest in supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning? Do you aspire to become an Educational Psychologist and are looking for invaluable hands‑on experience in a thriving educational setting?
We are seeking three Learning Support Assistant – Psychology Graduates to join our Outstanding graded secondary school and sixth form in Leytonstone, East London. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of pupils while gaining experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide tailored support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), behavioural challenges, literacy difficulties, and language barriers.
- Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver interventions that enable pupils to reach their full potential.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Help students develop their confidence, social skills, and independence.
- Contribute to the overall pastoral care and wellbeing of students.
- Recent Psychology graduate with a strong academic background – 1st or 2.1 degrees required.
- Matching A Level and GCSEs.
- Patient, empathetic, resilient with excellent communication skills.
- Some experience in a school, tutoring, or care setting (advantageous but not essential).
- Aspiring Educational Psychologists or those pursuing a career in a related field are highly encouraged.
