Follow-on Job Coach

Permanent, 52 weeks per year

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday)

Salary:
Band 4, point 53 – £32,623

Start Date:
September 2026 or sooner

Key Responsibilities
  • Job Search Assistance: Guide graduates/interns through the job search process, identifying suitable opportunities and navigating job listings.
  • Application and Interview Preparation: Provide one-to-one and small group sessions to support with job applications, CVs, cover letters, and interview techniques.
  • Job

    Coaching:

    Offer personalised coaching to graduates, ensuring understanding of roles, developing essential skills, and adapting to work environments.
  • Employer Support: Collaborate with employers to create inclusive work spaces, providing advice and training.
  • Ongoing Support: Maintain regular contact with graduates and employers to address challenges, celebrate successes, and ensure sustainable employment.
