About the role - Learning Support Assistant

I am working this mainstream secondary school based in Barking and Dagenham who are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to join their expanding team as soon as possible. The school are looking for an individual who can work under the SENCO on site to support students who require additional support. The successful candidate must be aware and have up to date knowledge of SEN & safeguarding where they will support students who have ASD, ADHD and Anxiety.

As a Learning support assistant, you will be required to supervise and provide support to pupils ensuring their safety and have access to learning activities.
