  • Supporting learners to develop resilience, independence, and effective learning strategies
  • Delivering sessions within homes, schools, community settings, or online
  • Sessions typically take place during school hours, so daytime availability is essential
  • Flexible opportunities available, with many referrals offering up to 5 days per week (approximately 3 hours per day)
Requirements

  • Experience supporting learners with SEND, SEMH, EOTAs, or alternative provision is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices
  • Ability to travel locally within the Hillingdon area
  • Relevant qualifications in education, youth work, psychology, counselling, social care, or a related field are advantageous
What We Offer
  • Flexible working opportunities to suit your availability
  • Regular referrals and ongoing work opportunities
  • Competitive rates of pay, dependent on experience
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful difference to the lives, wellbeing, and educational outcomes of young people
