Lead Practitioner Scale (Outer London) – Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional and highly motivated Lead Practitioner of Mathematics to join our successful and ambitious Mathematics faculty from September 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding classroom practitioner who is passionate about teaching and learning and has the expertise to drive excellence in Mathematics across the Academy. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving student outcomes, developing outstanding teaching practice, and supporting colleagues to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

As a Lead Practitioner, you will work alongside middle and senior leaders to champion evidence-informed practice, model exceptional teaching, coach colleagues, and contribute to whole-school improvement. You will be committed to ensuring that all students, regardless of background or starting point, achieve their full potential in Mathematics.

We are looking for a candidate who:
  • Is an outstanding Mathematics teacher with a proven record of securing excellent student outcomes.
  • Has a deep understanding of effective pedagogy and curriculum design.
  • Demonstrates a passion for professional development and improving teaching and learning.
