This is not classroom observation or basic support work. As an Oxbridge Academic Mentor, you will become a key driver of academic excellence, working with some of the brightest young minds in London.

• Provide 1:1 and small group mentoring to high-achieving students
• Support Oxbridge, Medicine, and competitive university applications
• Deliver stretch and challenge sessions beyond the national curriculum
• Coach students on critical thinking, problem-solving, and academic writing
• Assist with preparation for entrance exams (e.g. TSA, BMAT, MAT, LNAT)
• Inspire a culture of ambition, curiosity, and intellectual confidence
