Overview
Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant – Greenwich PRU / Alternative Provision. Salary £95-£115 per day depending on experience. Full time, immediate start.
Qualifications- Previous experience supporting pupils with SEMH or challenging behaviour.
- Experience working in a school, PRU or alternative provision.
- Confidence with behaviour management and de‑escalation strategies.
- Full‑time availability ASAP.
Seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11–16 within a specialist setting. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to provide 1:1 and small‑group support, helping pupils regulate emotions, manage behaviour and engage positively with learning. The role involves implementing behaviour support plans, using de‑escalation techniques, supporting pupils during challenging situations and promoting a safe, structured and positive learning environment.
