Humanities Graduate Teaching Assistant | West London | September Start | Full-Time

We are recruiting a motivated Teaching Assistant to join a highly successful and OFSTED Outstanding secondary school in West London. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for a humanities graduate to work alongside experienced teachers and support students across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support students during Humanities lessons, including History, Geography and Religious Studies
  • Deliver targeted interventions and small group support
  • Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
  • Help students develop confidence, engagement and academic progress
  • Support pupils with varying learning needs and abilities
  • Gain valuable experience working within an OFSTED Outstanding school

  • A degree in a Humanities-related subject

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, professional and proactive approach
  • Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
